PMX® Seminar & Golf Swing Event


To be your best on the field of competition an athlete needs to train their mind, body, and skills. This seminar will give an overview of the exciting new program at PerformaX elite– Sports Performance Department.

In this interactive seminar the PerformaX Team will address the key aspects of peak performance:

Rick Sessinghaus, Psy.D is the Mental Performance Coach for high level junior, collegiate, and professional athletes. He will introduce the mindset principles that make or break performance. These skills include focus, confidence, emotional management, mental toughness, and performing under pressure. Rick will be demonstrating new tools that measure and train the mindset for peak performance. He will also address the common interferences that get in the way of playing in the “zone”.

Will Nassif, NCSF is a certified personal trainer who specializes in training the body to be at its best. He has trained 6 World Champion athletes this year alone. Will utilizes assessment tools like TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) to identify physical limitations that may affect the golf swing. Regardless of the sport, Will’s training starts with identifying and correcting all limitations, with a goal to create a body that is flexible, balanced, powerful, and healthy to meet the physical demands of the sport. He will demonstrate common physical limitations that interfere with sport performance.

Logan Scott, PGA is the Director of Instruction at the Logan Scott Academy at Oakmont Country Club. He specializes in coaching the mechanical skill sets that help golfer reach improved levels of performance. Logan uses state of the art technology like Trackman to get to the true cause of swing mechanics. To be great in your sport you need the proper fundamentals and the ability to train your skill sets properly.
